Can anyone in the UK offer me an alternative to Velveeta cheese? 3
I wanted Paula Din Dage's recipe, no hamburgers or anything, had to take it out of time or is there any good cheese in the UK that works for this beautiful Paula Din Dage?
Most UK supermarkets sell craft items in pots, all velvet is the same basic cheese with emulsifier and oil, it does not need to be refrigerated until it is opened.
Even in West Indian stores, soft cheese is available in cans used for sauces on top of cooked kava. ASDA, Tesco and Sainsburys are likely to be found. Otherwise, a simple cheese sauce with good English cheddar is another alternative.
